Gardening Series: Attracting Winter Birds & Bird Feeding

This program will introduce participants to the seasonal species that overwinter in our area, and how to prepare your yard to support birds. The main elements of the program will focus on identifying winter birds in our region, the resources local birds need during fall and winter, and techniques for attracting birds to your yard. After the indoor program we may visit some locations within The Gardens to see how some of these techniques have been applied. Please bring binoculars and a field guide if you would like for the walk outdoors.
